Terms and Conditions

ALL photographs taken are COPYRIGHT FREE,(A copyright release form will be provided).Images taken will be kept on our system for ONE month after which they will be deleted. Please make sure you have copied or tested your disc before that time as we cannot accept liability for loss of photographs due to damaged disc after this period.

You are covered by InkSpot Photography’s No Quibble guarantee - If you are not 100% satisfied with the images after your initial viewing on the day we will refund the booking fee, (All images will be deleted.)

Each child, under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Where this adult is not the child’s parent or carer written consent must provided.

A 20 minute session consists of 15 minutes studio time and 5 minutes viewing and evaluation of photographs.

There will be a maximum of 3 subject changes allowed during a session ie. Child, Parents, Family group. For more subject changes you will be required to book further sessions.

We accept liability up to and including our session fee paid in accordance with the photographic session

No other costs can be recovered for loss or damage to images. When booking a session you will incur a £25 booking fee and will have confirmed acceptance of the above terms
